Why is it so difficult to have faith in humankind?
Once when tragedy captured our attention we forgot all our maligned amenities and banded together as brothers in arms focused solely on survival, savoring ever second.
When you walk for years in the paths of many men's shoes, you the can postpone your own partitioned perspective and let your guard recede to rest.
If only for a moment... the moment can be magic empowering emotion once so sacred that not even God would question.
